Sarah Shahi was an American actor best known as the main character on Life the show on television. Shahi was brought up by an Iranian father who had the support of a Spanish mother in Los Angeles, benefits of her diverse backgrounds. Shahi has always dreamed of becoming an actor. At the age of eighteen, she began modeling and went on into the next level. She did a lot of theatre in school and college. Sarah began her TV and film career with a modest start. Sarah was in various roles, including guest appearances in films and television shows. Her next project was the lead role on the American sitcom. The popularity of Shahi isn't just confined to her acting talent. Shahi is among the most popular actresses working today. Shahi came in at 90th place on Maxim magazine's "Hot 100" list in 2005. The magazine later promoted her to 36 in 2012, and to 66 by 2006. She graced the cover of the magazine's "TV's Hottest Girls' Issue in October 2012 issue. She was also ranked number fifth on AfterEllen.com Hot List in 2007. Sarah Shahi, besides acting as an actress, is a fan of sports and used to be an NFL cheerleader prior to picking on the camera. She also holds the Karate brown belt.
